Voting Power

1 Token = 1 Vote

Your voting power equals your $7N7D token balance:

  • 1,000,000 7N7D = 1,000,000 votes
  • Includes staked tokens (staking doesn't reduce voting power)
  • Delegated tokens count for the delegate

Delegation

Can't vote yourself? Delegate to someone who will:

Your Tokens ──► Delegate's Voting Power
(You keep token ownership)
  • Delegate to any address
  • Revoke delegation anytime
  • Self-delegate to vote yourself

Proposal Lifecycle

1. Creation

  • Minimum tokens required: 1% of supply (10,000,000 7N7D)
  • Or, get support from delegates who meet threshold
  • Proposal describes the change and rationale

  • Duration: 7 days
  • Vote: FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN
  • Quorum required: 4% of total supply

  • If quorum not met: proposal fails
  • If quorum met: majority wins

4. Timelock

  • 48-hour delay before execution
  • Allows review and preparation
